Homemade Cashew Milk
1 cup cashews (soaked if you don't have a high-speed blender)
4 cups water (filtered is best)
2-3 pitted dates
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and creamy. No need to strain (but you can if you want it extra creamy).
