3. Start simple and start small (go at your own pace)
4. Don't think of it as a diet. It's a lifestyle.

- This isn't a competition
- Learn from your mistakes/missteps
- Grow from each experience
Bonus Tip: Find support (groups, meetups, friends, family). Surround yourself with people who support you! This is SO important.
